Estimated delivery time

Because we make all of our jewelry by hand for you, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks.

Shipping policy

SERAFINO offers delivery to Canada and USA. For delivery to other countries please contact us. All prices herein are expressed in Canadian currency.

Delivery is based on the Canada Post price rates. The package is sent with a tracking number. Beyond a certain amount, or for destinations other than Canada and the United States, it is possible that SERAFINO will contact you to settle the details of the delivery, for security reasons. It is important to provide an email address or a phone number and return our call to ensure that processing times are met.

The cost of regular or express shipments may vary depending on the weight of the package and the delivery address. Contact if you have any questions.

Return and exchange

We accept returns and exchanges on all regular priced items purchased in store or online if returned in sellable condition within 5 days of the original arrival date. Some exclusions may apply. Engraved items along with gift cards are final sale.

Returns and exchanges can be processed by mail or at our studio in Montreal, Canada. Items that are damaged, worn, altered or resized cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. If the items are damaged in transit to the SERAFINO studio due to insufficient packaging, the items may not be accepted for return or exchange.

The SERAFINO jewelry collection is also sold in jewelry stores throughout Canada. For items purchased in these stores, please refer to their own return and exchange policy.

Return or exchange by mail

For orders placed through the SERAFINO website, please let us know the reason for your return or exchange. If an item is damaged, please provide details on the issue at hand.

Returns/exchange packages must include original packaging as well as the original packing slip. DO NOT write “joailliers contemporains,” “jewelry”, “diamonds” or other similar language on your package that may invite theft. Please mail the package to:

Returns/exchanges will only be processed once the item has been received and may take up to 5 business days to be reflected by your banking institution.
SERAFINO will refund the full value of the returned merchandise with out shipping expenses.

Return or exchange at Serafino studio location

We accept returns and exchanges on all regular priced items purchased online or our studio in Canada within 5 days of your original arrival date.
For items purchases online: All returns must include your SERAFINO web order packing slip.
Refunds will only be issued to the same tender used for the original purchase. Gift recipients will have the option of exchanging the item or receiving a store credit.
